Ian MacLeod
CEO
Ian began his business career in the resort industry, initially at Whistler, B.C. with Intrawest Corporation, managing part of the Whistler Mountain Ski School, and then later in sales & marketing with the real estate division. Ian was Sales Director of Club Intrawest and later a Real Estate Launch Specialist with Sapera (Intrawest's predecessor to Playground) working on projects in Whistler, California, and Colorado. In 2001, Ian established his own real estate sales & marketing business, taking on projects first in Canada: Victoria, Pender Island, Kelowna, Big White Ski Resort, Predator Ridge Golf Resort, Okanagan Golf Club and Silver Star Ski Resort. In addition to projects in Canada, Ian has managed major resort projects in Seattle, Washington and Los Angeles, California. Greg Lowe
President
Greg and Ian met in University and worked together in the ski industry for Intrawest in Whistler. Greg is a marketing specialist with experience in real estate marketing and advertising with R Group Communication (formerly Robertson Pick Advertising) working on projects in Seattle and Vancouver. Greg joined Ian in 2002 forming Land Launch to manage real estate projects in the Okanagan Valley of BC. Greg is a successful entrepreneur having established Signs Now Canada, CHC Home Exporters (Japan), and Corporate Athletic Clothing Inc. Eddie Simard
Senior Marketing VP
With a marketing and advertising career that spans over 20 years, Eddie joined Ian and Greg in 2004 and brought new momentum into the Land Launch fold. Prior to joining Land Launch, Eddie focused his talents in the real estate market managing and marketing major projects in California, Arizona, Washington State, Vancouver, the Okanagan and Victoria. Eddie is now responsible for executing and overseeing all aspects of brand and marketing development for Land Launch’s projects including, sales centre environments, advertising, direct mail campaigns, websites, Virtual Launch Pads, signage and all print collateral materials.
Peter Berzins
VP of Sales
Peter became involved with Land Launch initially as a purchaser in 2002 when he bought a condo at Predator Ridge. Within a year Peter had entered into a new career joining Land Launch as a Property Specialist. Peter has been a member of several Land Launch sales teams as a Team Leader and Sales Director and now acts as our VP of Sales, overseeing the direction of several projects in BC and the US.
Myke Ames
Sales Operations Manager
Myke joined the Land Launch team in
early 2005, bringing with him many years of sales administration
and IT management experience. Whether it’s setting
up the communications systems at a new project, creating
and reviewing detailed marketing traffic reports, or
solving software or hardware issues, Myke brings a wealth
of IT knowledge to the Land Launch team. An avid golfer
and sports enthusiast, Myke heads an experienced operations
team creating a foundation that allows the Land Launch
Property Specialists to do what they do best –
sell resort real estate.
Charm Casson
Regional Marketing Manager
Charm joined the Land Launch team as the Regional Marketing Manager in 2007. With a bachelor's degree in Marketing-Management and marketing and sales experience in the resort industry supporting tourism in the Okanagan region on local and international levels, Charm is an integral addition to the Land Launch executive team.
As a water sport enthusiast with an active lifestyle, Charm truly shares the excitement and zeal of our resort projects. As she says, "there is no success in this world without passion." With a passion for real estate marketing, her role has her overseeing and executing marketing initiatives of several projects in BC and the US.
Kelly Westman
Special Projects Manager
With extensive marketing, project management, and product development experience in a variety of industries – including Real Estate Marketing, Kelly is well versed in what it takes to deliver the best marketing strategies, branding initiatives, and overall solutions for our clients. As a highly creative, energetic and proactive-minded professional with a passion for playing in the mountains, lakes and oceans, Kelly brings dedication and enthusiasm to everything she does and whether it’s writing copy, developing marketing proposals, managing supplier relationships, or running status meetings, Kelly is sure to deliver results every time.
Ashley Craig
Sales Operations Manager
With a golf resort background and a passion for working in ski resorts, Ashley joined Land Launch in 2005 and since then has been delivering exceptional Operation Management support and event planning expertise. Working on multitude projects since first joining the company, Ashley has been a key player in helping Land Launch to sell projects at Big White, Predator Ridge and Veranda Beach. Whether it’s on a mountain top, at a golf resort or beach-front, Ashley’s enthusiasm and drive shine through with every project she’s involved in. And with a love for both winter and water sports, and a winning work hard/ play hard attitude, Ashley is the perfect fit for her role in both the resort and residential real estate industry
